How to File a Claim

Follow these steps to file your auto glass claim and then schedule your appointment with us.

1 Contact the Insurance

Notify your auto insurance company about the damages by calling them, this takes about 10 minutes and pay special attention to the menu options because there's usually a dedicated department for glass claims.
If you have comprehensive coverage on your policy, your insurance provider may cover most or all of the windshield repair or replacement cost.

2 Provide Details

Provide the insurance company with details about how the damage happened.
Be prepared to provide the following: date, time and how the incident occured (vandalism, animal, car accident, and road hazard), which glass was broken, the extent of the break, who was in the car when it happened, and they may also ask for pictures of the damage

3 Schedule with Mass Auto Glass

Once your claim is filed, the insurance company may provide a list of approved and licensed auto glass shops.
